Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoonPool's website and review management service (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MoonPool monitors reviews on your Google Business Profile and prepares and publishes on-brand responses on your behalf. You can review responses before they are published or enable auto-publish. We also provide reporting and analytics on your reputation.
2. Account and onboarding
To use the Service you must provide accurate account details and authorize access to your Google Business Profile via Google's official OAuth 2.0. Onboarding is handled by our team and is typically completed within 48 hours of receiving the required access. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
3. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may add a payment method to continue. If you choose not to continue, your account is simply paused with no charges.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you connect.
- You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
- You are responsible for the responses published from your account, including under auto-publish.
6. Content and approvals
Responses drafted for you are based on your brand voice and the review content. When approval mode is enabled, no response is published without your confirmation. You can switch between approval and auto-publish modes at any time.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google's APIs and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by those third parties, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable Service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonPool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
