During setup, we analyze your existing reviews and responses (if any) and you fill out a short brand brief - tone, values, things to say and avoid. The MoonPool team then writes every reply to match your style. Whether you're warm and casual or polished and professional, your responses stay consistent.
MoonPool automatically detects the review language and responds in the same language. We support 20+ languages, including Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Portuguese and more - with no extra configuration needed.

We use Google's official OAuth 2.0 - the same standard used by every Google app. MoonPool only accesses your Google Business Profile and reviews. We cannot see your Gmail, other Google services, or your password. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
