• Contact and account details — your name, business email, phone number, business name, industry, number of locations, and the Google Maps link to your business.
• Google Business Profile data — once you authorize access, we access your business reviews, ratings, and the ability to post replies on your behalf. We do this through Google's official OAuth 2.0 authorization.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

2. What we do NOT access

Our access through Google OAuth is strictly limited to your Google Business Profile and reviews. We cannot see your Gmail, your Google password, or any other Google service. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account settings.

3. How we use your information

• To set up and operate your account and connect your Google Business Profile.
• To monitor new reviews and prepare and publish on-brand responses on your behalf.
• To provide reporting, analytics, and customer support.
• To contact you about your account, your free trial, and Service updates.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, form processing, and analytics providers), and only as needed for them to perform their work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
